• Store / Branch Pickup – you can collect your order from the nearest First House branch after confirmation.
• Special Delivery for Large or Project Orders – heavy or bulk items are delivered by freight transport after coordination with our sales team.
Shipping methods and costs will appear during checkout depending on your city and order size.
How Do I Track My Order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message by SMS and/or e-mail that includes:

• A tracking link from the shipping courier
• Estimated delivery date

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

• Riyadh City: usually delivered within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Other Cities in Saudi Arabia: delivery typically takes 2–7 business days.
• Large, custom, or project orders: delivery time is scheduled based on order size and destination after coordination with our sales team.
Please note that delivery times do not include Fridays or official holidays.
