By agreeing to these terms, you expressly acknowledge and accept any deletions, additions, modifications, or changes made to these terms, including the Terms of Service. Online Store Terms

  1. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you have reached the age of legal majority in your country or region of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your dependents to use this store.
  2. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the service (including but not limited to intellectual property laws).
  3. You must not transmit any viruses, malicious code, or encrypted files of a destructive nature that may cause damage, copy or seize data, disrupt store operations, track customers, monitor the store, or interfere with any users.
  4. Any breach of any provision of this agreement will result in the immediate termination of services without any liability on the part of the store owner.

Sales Terms

1. The customer has the right to inspect the goods before receipt; Otherwise, the goods shall be deemed delivered in good condition and as per factory standards. No claims for shortages, breakage, or similar issues will be accepted after 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Returns or exchanges are accepted only upon presentation of the invoice sent via email and the presence of the customer or their authorized representative.
3. Products may be returned within 7 days or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt. Shipping fees will be deducted.
4. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition as delivered and in their original packaging.
5. Special orders or products prepared specifically upon customer request are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6. In case of return or exchange, the refunded amount will be transferred to the customer within 10 business days, provided that the customer name on the invoice matches the beneficiary name in the bank transfer.
7. In case of exchange, the item to be exchanged must be returned, and a new invoice will be issued for the replacement product.
8. The storage period for purchased goods in our warehouse is 15 days from the invoice date. Storage fees will apply after this period at a rate of (Halala per square centimeter per day) for a maximum of 60 days from the invoice date. If the customer fails to collect the goods within this period, the order will be canceled and the amount refunded after deducting preparation and storage fees.
9. The warranty period is stated in the Warranty section on each product page and is calculated in months or years.
10. To ensure proper performance and safe operation of the product, the instructions provided in the user manual supplied with each product must be followed.
11. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages resulting from misuse or improper installation, subject to the warranty conditions provided with each product.
12. The warranty shall be considered void if products are used in locations other than those intended or operated outside approved technical requirements, including but not limited to using products designed for indoor use in outdoor environments.
13. Warranty claims will not be accepted without the purchase invoice.
14. After verifying that the product is within the warranty period, it will be inspected by the maintenance department to determine the cause of the malfunction and whether it is covered by warranty. The customer will be informed of the result and their approval will be obtained before proceeding with the proposed action.
15. Clearance and promotional products cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
16. For international orders, we do not bear any additional charges that may be imposed by customs authorities or shipping companies.
17. Clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged in conjunction with any other offer.
18. Clearance sales apply to selected products only.
19. First House Trading Company reserves the right to modify or amend offers during the campaign period.
20. Order pickup service from stores and warehouses is available.
21. Clearance offers apply within Saudi Arabia only.

Return & Exchange Policy (Online Store)

To serve you better and provide an enjoyable shopping experience, please note the Return and Exchange Policy of First House Trading Company for the online store:
• Returns are accepted within 7 days
• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days
from the date of order receipt.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. The product must be in its original box with original packaging and must be unused.
2. If the product was purchased from one of our physical stores, the customer must visit the same store where the purchase was made.
3. The product is subject to inspection by the relevant department to ensure compliance with packaging conditions and to verify that all accessories are included, based on which the return or exchange request will be approved or rejected.
4. If the return or exchange is due to an order error or a defective product, the customer will not bear any shipping or delivery fees.
5. If the return or exchange is based on the customer’s preference, the customer will bear the shipping fees.
6. Refunds for purchases made through the online store can only be processed via bank transfer.
7. The refund will be processed by First House Trading Company to the customer’s bank account via bank transfer, subject to compliance with the above conditions.

Steps to Return or Exchange an Order

    2. A Customer Service representative will guide you on how to hand over the order (via a shipping company or by delivering it to the nearest warehouse). The return or exchange request will be considered canceled if the products are not delivered within a maximum of 3 days.
    3. If the return is made via a shipping company, the customer must provide the shipment tracking number.
    4. Once the products are received, the relevant department will inspect them and inform the customer of acceptance or rejection based on compliance with the stated conditions.

Replacement for Manufacturing Defects

First House Trading Company will replace products with manufacturing defects within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
1. The product is free from any scratches or signs of misuse.
2. The original box is provided along with all accessories and user manuals included inside.

Maintenance

First House Trading Company is always committed to providing the best after-sales services to its customers, including maintenance, spare parts availability, and manufacturing quality assurance, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
The terms and conditions stated in the service contract provided to the customer at the time of purchase shall apply.

General Warranty Exclusions

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the following cases:
1. Defects or malfunctions resulting from misuse by the consumer, failure to follow usage instructions, negligence, accidents, vandalism, maintenance not compliant with product recommendations, or neglecting to perform maintenance.
2. Tampering with or altering serial numbers.
3. Paint defects, scratches, or issues caused by improper installation or the use of accessories not approved by the manufacturer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping & Delivery Costs

Shipping and delivery costs to all cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia vary depending on the product weight.

Delivery Time

1. Orders within Saudi Arabia are delivered within 3 to 7 business days, with a maximum of 10 business days. This is an estimated timeframe and delivery dates may vary; Customers will be notified in case of delays.
2. For GCC countries, delivery takes approximately 10 to 20 business days. This is an estimated timeframe and customers will be notified in case of delays.

Important Notice

Your order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 48 hours after order completion. However, the expected delivery date may be affected by high demand on shipping companies, which may result in delays for some shipments.
While we make every effort to coordinate with shipping companies to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot control the delivery schedule and therefore disclaim responsibility for any delays that may occur.
Shipping services are available to all cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through our partnered shipping companies.

Products or Services

  1. Some products or services may be available exclusively online through our store and may be offered in limited quantities. These products or services may not be returned or exchanged except in accordance with our Return Policy.

Payment Policy

1. Payment is processed using a credit card or debit card (“Card”) at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, after verifying your card details. Products are supplied subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the products, we will notify you as soon as possible, and the full amount paid for the product will be refunded.
2. To ensure that your card is not used without your authorization, when using Visa or Mastercard as a payment method, you will be redirected to the respective secure payment gateway where you will be required to enter your card details (such as card number, expiry date, and security code). We will verify your name, address, and other personal information provided during the order process using appropriate databases operated by third parties. By accepting these terms, you consent to such verification checks. The personal information you provide may be disclosed to registered credit reference agencies (Visa/Mastercard payment gateways), which may retain a record of that information. 3. The price payable for the products you order is the price displayed by First House Trading Company at the time your order is received, except in certain cases. While we strive to ensure that all product prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
4. Payment may be made using the payment methods specified by First House Trading Company.
5. The risk of loss or damage to, and ownership of, the products you have ordered shall pass to you upon delivery of the products to the address specified in your order, or on the date of the first delivery attempt by us, provided that full payment for the products has been received.
6. All prices stated are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable taxes (if any) at the current rates, but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. For more details, please refer to the delivery information section.

14. Products covered by warranty shall be inspected by the maintenance department to determine the cause of the defect and whether it is covered by warranty. The customer will be informed of the result after completion of the inspection, and their approval will be obtained for the proposed action by the maintenance and warranty department.
